During my 1968 AFL/NFL replay, Bart Starr posted a perfect quarterback rating (didn’t exist yet) against the Dallas Cowboys in a losing effort at the Cotton Bowl. He was 19 of 24 for 323 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions.
