There will be no player of the week honors for the NFL this week.

Rookie sensation, O.J. Simpson, ran 16 times for 139 yards to earn 8.7 yards per carry.

Roman Gabrriel has won this award for the fourth time this season.  He completed 15 of 24 pass attempts for 237 yards with four touchdowns to earn a quarterback rating of 134.9.

Jim Nance ran 22 times for 168 yards and one touchdown resulting in 7.8 yards per carry.

Greg Cook was 12 of 18 for 226 yards with two touchdowns to earn a quarterback rating of 146.8.

John Gilliam caught six passes for 170 yards and one touchdown resulting in 28.3 yards per catch.

Fred Biletnikoff had five receptions for 112 yards and one touchdown resulting in 22.4 yards per catch.

Roman Gabriel has earned player of the week honors for the third time this season.  He completed 24 of 30 pass attempts for 271 yards with two touchdowns resulting in a quarterback rating of 126.5.

Harold Jackson averaged 35.7 yards per catch on six receptions for a total of 214 yards and three touchdowns.

Eric Crabtree averaged 27.1 yards per catch on seven receptions for a total of 190 yards and three touchdowns.
