Cowboys-Bengals

I’m pretty sure Jerry Jones is about to fire me.  The Cowboys, who finished the actual 2016 campaign 13-3, are five games into my replay, and have already lost 3 games!  This one was particularly tough, because Dallas had a 16 point lead five minutes into the 4th quarter, only to see Cincinnati tie it up in regulation and then win it in overtime.  Cowboys travel to Green Bay for their next game.

Browns-Patriots

In one of the most unlikely outcomes, #1 seed New England and Tom Brady barely escaped with a victory over Cody Kessler and the #16 seed Cleveland Browns, 34-32!  What was billed as a blowout, actually turned into the best game of the playoffs so far!

49ers-Cowboys

This was my “crossover game, that counted for both the Cowboys’ replay as well as a tournament game . . . and Dallas did not disappoint their fans, pummeling San Francisco 48-3.  The Cowboys are now 2-2 in their replay and advance to the second round of my single-elimination tournament.
