Oakland 31 – Indianapolis 24

Another upset for the amazing Raiders!  The team with the worst record in football last year just continues to shock everyone they play.  This time they knocked off previously unbeaten Indianapolis playing error-free football!  Now, as one of the final four teams remaining in the AFC, they travel to Foxboro to take on the PatriotsOAK-IND!

L.A. Rams 24 – Dallas 21

An unbelievable ending.  The Rams trailed the entire game until only 50 seconds were left in the 4th quarter.  After a Greg Zeurlein field-goal tied it up at 21, the Cowboys took over at their own 25 following a touchback.  But, Dak Prescott was sacked for a 13 yard loss and the Rams used their first time out.  Dallas decided, at that point, to run the ball twice to force Los Angeles to use up their remaining time outs and playing for overtime.  The Cowboys punted to Jojo Natson, who returned it 28 yards to the Dallas 41 yard line.  There were only 15 seconds left in the contest.  But Jared Goff hit Brandin Cooks for a 27-yard pass to the Dallas 14 yard line and he got out-of-bounds to stop the clock with only 5 seconds left, when Zeurlein nailed a 32 yard field goal to end it!  Cowboys season over – Rams move on!!

Oakland 30 – L.A. Chargers 26

Every year that I play this tournament, one team continues to surprise . . . and this year, it is the 4-12 Oakland Raiders!  They lost their first game back in July against the #1 seeded Kansas City Chiefs by 3 points, 33-30.  But, they avoided elimination by easily beating the Browns.  And, now they have shocked the 12-4 Los Angeles Chargers 30-26 to advance to the 16-team single elimination tournament.  They will be traveling to Indianapolis to face Andrew Luck and the Colts.  I wouldn’t bet against them!
